Playstation exclusive 10K VC

Well, I'm officially an idiot. I thought the Gamestop receipt was the only locker code, didn't realize the 10k code was on a seperate slip in the case. Redeemed and got my 10k immediately.

And the code that i got with the leaflet (5k VC+other preorder bonuses for MyTeam) is invalid.
Game ist telling me the code was used to often.

Does everyone on Playstation get the 10k VC if they are subscribed to PS+?

Or is it region specific, had to pre-order or something?

My game case only had a leaflet for the Kevin Durant MVP Bonus Pack (5K VC, MyTeam card, 2 MyTeam packs and Leg Sleeves).

Yeah that's all I got in my preordered Amazon UK disc version, although I'm still waiting for 2ksupport to sort out my missing Luol Deng MyTeam card (as he's who I picked once they fixed the website). I have a support ticket lodged about the PS+ MyTeam pack missing as I thought we were all supposed to get that.

I got mine when I entered the code which was a few days after release

I got the 5k VC etc. but no PS Plus MyTeam pack and 10k VC.
I'm ps plus member for over a year.
Really really disappointed.
