So their is no way to actually call 2k support?

I don't know if this is common knowledge but 2k stopped there call-in support a month before 2k15 released. I know this is not some coincidence they knew their would be problems and simple didn't want to deal with it.

Yesterday I attempted to buy $10 worthof VC it told me the purchase was cancelled, tried it again got the same message. Then I find out they took both off my card but I got nothing. I called Microsoft and they gave me one of them back even though it was 2k's fault. I have tweeted at them several times and made a ticket and have got not type of responce.

No company should be able to do stuff like this and I can't even contact them about it.

Any suggestions on what to do in this situation? Or am I just out $20?

EDIT: Im not sure what you can do but since you put money it and have had no return, id be spamming them with requests until they responded

Hit their twitter at 2ksupport and just send them your ticket number, what I have to do.
