Are contact dunks on a mycareer center even possible?

So I've been trying to accumulate badges on my center again after 2k servers killed my last one (thankfully they gave me my vc back. unfortunately I have to regrind upgrades to respend it).

And I'm noticing something everytime I take the ball to the hole. ANIMATIONZZZZZZZZ!!! Everytime I go into the paint to dunk it, I get some crazy *** animation that ends with me either falling 2 feet short of the dunk or the ball flying off the backboard as if I lost control of it completely.

I've tried convincing my guy, who has 95 driving dunk and 95 standing dunk, to just offensively rebound it and slam it straight back through. Unfortunately, he likes to do little sissy layups instead of standing dunk.


So I have a couple of questions for you guys over here at OS,
1. Has anyone gotten posterizer after maxing out athleticism for their center?
2. How the hell do I get my dude to standing dunk? (I have all the athletic under the basket dunk packages set).

I can get them driving but I have the same problem under the basket. If anyone is even remotely near me he does layups instead of a dunk. Max athlete too. Kinda sucks cause in reality it's pretty common:/

Yes I have a few contact dunks as a center, they don't happen too often however.

I just created a center, Is rebounding worth upgrading? On my PG i get alot of em and I haven't upgraded it at all?

No. Just get athleticism

Lol. So why is it easier for me to get "Limitless Range" on a center than it is for me to get posterizer? That seems awful.
