Can't even finish an online ranked match (error code: 56d85bb8) this is ridiculous!

As my title states. I can't even finish an online ranked match. I keep getting the error code listed above. This game is unplayable online. It's the worst it's been in the history of 2k and I've been online since 2k1 on the sega dreamcast.

This must be addressed! We should also sticky this thread as I know lots of other users are having the same problem. It's just killing the experience.
