Xbox one load time

Since the launch october 7th i hadnt experienced any REAL long load times it seemed ok to me. But out of no where 2 weeks ago the game started loading really slow.for example normally when Ernie and Shaq were done talking for the pre game it was 100% now I'm having it only be at as low as 15%.its when you load a mode or an actual game.and its everytime now.at 1st I figured it was servers.but now I started playing tonight for the first time since I got pes at midnight a week ago and its even worse now took 5 minutes to load a my career game.also the menu music cuts in and out over and over.anyone else seeing this lately?
