I haven't noticed anything off with Free Throws for cpu. I play on Superstar/Simulation/Default Sliders. Using roster out of box.

I see good free throw shooters hit nearly everything with occasional misses while poor free throw shooters are lucky to hit the rim and occasionally make one or two.

I'm thinking it might be roster related as myself/shady and cyc are all using custom ones.

CPU misses a lot of FTs for me and I play HOF Default.

Depends on the team though. Teams with 80+ percent FTs won't miss many.

Pretty much now convinced it is roster related.
Just played v the bulls where they shot a near perfect 77% ft using the latest 2k roster.
Then played them again using a custom roster and they shot a paltry 56%ft.
