I don't know about PS4...
but on Xbox One EVERY time you go home with 2K still running, once you come back the game has the little connection signal on the bottom-right corner. And the longer you're on the home screen (looking who's online, joining a party, etc) the longer it takes to load the game back up.

What's this all about? I get kicked from Park games just because I accept party invites..it's horrible.

This is something I've wondered as well. The load times are much longer than they should be despite having it installed to an SSD on my PC.

When going through screens/menu is as fast as I remember, but when loading the game the first time, lately it is taking much more longer than when the game first came out, dont know why ... also, when loading online modes, specially my park/rec is taking a bit longer to load but I relate that to servers ... then again, maybe who knows, might all be about the servers as its 2k you know.

Not to mention you have to go thru loading screens to wait for loading screns. EX. I get a msg lets play rec!ok i 1 load up game 2 load up my career 3 load up park 4 load up rec. What you wanted me to use my center not my pg? 5 re load mycareer 6 quit to main menue loading._. 7 load up features 8 load my player(to change name /appearece) 9 load up my centers career 10 load up join friends in rec. Yay now we just have to wait 20 mins for a game.
