What does this slider exactly mean? I use the Nets, so its on 79. What if I put it on 0 or 100?

Pretty sure it has to do with player performance. If it's set at 0, player performance doesn't impact their minutes, whether they're shooting bricks or playing like an all-star. Meanwhile if it's set at 100, player performance holds a lot of weight, so if they're playing like a scrub, their minutes will be cut, and vice versa.
