Had the same problem. Just go into the 2k15 main folder and delete one of those archives. Then let steam check the file integrity. It will download the corrupt files.

Yea it was for Windows 10 stuff. And the PS4 can't use the Windows 10 stuff.

Yeah, I just hit "verify integrity of game cache". That restores the files to default.

I backed up the archives in the game folder, but when I copy my backup files back to the main folder after patches it has never worked for me. Maybe I'm backing up the wrong files.

Check the date modified. Only replace the files that were not modified on the day of the patch. That could have solved your problem. But its seems you already have it under control.
