Seeing as how the 00 Blazers were announced and the Roy-led Blazer teams never made much of an impact due to injuries, I seriously doubt it. I'd like it to but it just wouldn't make much sense honestly.

The only chance is if they have him in MyTeam in some capacity. maybe they make a '00s all star collection with 2008-09 Brandon Roy.

I have thought for a while that they should sell micro transaction packs with players like this (popular but not on legend teams, or at different points in their career than in the legends teams), for use in custom rosters.
