You couldn't manually put or edit tattoos on CAPs in '15. They would just randomly generate.

Damn. That sucks. In that case I hope 2K clarifies and makes this available throughout. We can finally get real looking sleeves now. It be a shame for it to be limited to MyCareer.

If the core gameplay was OK this would have been a great addition. First and foremost they should fix the gameplay (the slide-fest on defense, offensive rebounding, player collisions, change of direction, passing, online lag, blocking, etc, etc). 2K clearly prefers devoting majority of the developers work to features they can advertise more easily (like the custom tatoos) then to the core issues like player movement and AI on defense, that are far more important for playing and enjoying the game.

Since when does the ART department work on GAMEPLAY?
