Available Saves(Rosters & Draft Classes) for NBA 2k16, Can anyone Confirm?

Not exactly the same question, but just to avoid creating a new thread... in 2K15 how many CAPs could you make? Thinking about creating plenty so as to place them in 5 relocated teams that will take part in MyLEAGUE besides the 25 euro teams.
