As a center, is it worth it to even upgrade playmaker? I literally lose the ball every time I touch it in the PAINT at this point. About where would my playmaker need to be to avoid this?

It starts out at like 29 so I know even maxed out it's not going to be very high, but I'm just wondering does it need to be maxed out just to have a chance to not get ripped all the time?

I made a 6'7'' outside SF and I absolutely love it. I decided to make an outside SF over a SG, because i could earn every badge and i'll be able to pull more rebounds easier. With the speed caps it's a bit more difficult to get to the basket. So the 87 shot comes in handy. My dunking is 70, so thats still good enough to throw down when i get to the rim. The diving layup sucks, but i never layup, because i'm either dunking or taking jumpshots. I went to Texas and won a championship. Followed in KD's footsteps i guess you can say. Plus i don't think many people choose Texas wanted to do something different. I got drafted by the Jazz. I wanted to play for the Clippers, but they didn't offer me much in FA. I think like 260 vc a game. I signed with the Jazz for 350 VC per game. Then after 10 games I was traded to the Clippers. So, the Clippers are paying me 350 vc per game. I guess you can say I out smarted the system.

So teams can actually trade you after you sign with them in this game? Huh. That has me worried that San Antonio won't find me productive enough and will send me somewhere else. I really want to develop in my lifetime team's system for a while so I hope that doesn't happen.

It probably needs to be upgraded a good amount. My advice is probably pretty useless, but before that happens, make sure other guards or players aren't around you, or either it's a guaranteed reach in and a strip or a dropped ball and a turnover. Just so you can conserve precious VC in order to get those upgrades you desperately need as a big man. It's definitely worth it if you can drive and dunk consistently without constant turnovers. That bugged me so bad in other 2Ks.

I would upgrade it. You really don't need to upgrade rebounding since you will be big enough to pull down a bunch of boards. Upgrading playmaking prevents you getting stripped a lot. Before I upgrading playmaking I was getting my pocket picked and stripped going up for a layup.
