Best way to gain VC?

I dont want to buy VC and it seems really expensive to upgrade your MyPlayer. How are you guys gaining VC? Teamup games were netting 650 last night but that's after around 40 mins of gameplay.

its bad enough as a rookie in mycareer you just play like 3 minutes first half and never play second half.

Wtf? I hope this is a glitch there's no way you shouldn't get more for playing on a higher difficulty. Got to test this out myself

It says multiplier 2.0 but it doesn't multiply it.
