Game crashing

Anybody else having this happen to them ? Game just crashes and goes to home screen. This has happened in the park when games were in progress of starting too. Gave me losses and I lost rep. No one knows how to fix this ?

Yea happened when I was playing the Rockets with 12 points and 2 blocks and I wanted to break the game. Couldn't duplicate it either and lost the replay game.

Just happened to me as well. I was in Practice Plays mode. XBOX 1. Digital Copy

Game keeps crashing on me on the tattoo customization screen. This is with the PS4 physical copy. Everything was fine until I tried building a full arm sleeve. I managed to get three of them on there but now the game crashes every time when I'm on that screen.

My only idea would be to try to clear the cache. It can sometimes help with that sort of thing, but I'm not 100% sure obviously. Could also be on 2K's side, with them messing with the servers.
