If it's for Xbox one I think you have to search for "35,000 VC" if you bought the Jordan edition in the Xbox store

I bought MJ edition PS4 from Amazon... still no packs or MJ in reward, after I played a lot games in MyTeam... it still didn't show up!

I've been looking for the rewards but they don't pop up anywhere. I only received to 30k vc. I can't connect to the 2k store though so that might be the problem.
