I relocated the Clippers to Vancouver and now I have two grizzlies teams. I want to move the memphis grizzlies to seattle but how do I take control of them? do I have to wait until the offseason to perform this action?

You need to choose both teams as user controlled teams when you start up ML. You can't change during the season or off-season.
