Rating drops in MYLEAGUE

I read all blogs and diaries of developers but can't remember if it was mentioned why players ratings are droping in the game. My team chemistry is 91 and no one is unhappy or injuried and and green arrows actually show to you in Roster menu that players are improving.

When I go into the game menu during the matches ratings are droped usually by three (at the start of the game and not because players are tired). It changes from game to game, sometimes there is no drop of ratings and sometime other players also having drop in their ratings. Really need to know what causing this.

It was mentioned in one of the blogs or interviews, as they said that not always would the same players take over games, this how they achieve such variance from game to game.
