I bought a bunch of tattoos when I first created my guy in my career but I have no idea on how to actually equip them.

I'm staying in tonight to avoid another hangover so I'll mess around with it and throw some ink on my dude.

You have to be at the main menu and go to feature/settings, then click MyPlayer. All the way at the bottom it should say tattoos. Not actually looking at the game, but I believe those direction are correct, if not, you'll still see what I am saying.
