Need Help from my fellow 2K community: Uploading images

Generally I find any sort of answer I need simply from searching the forum, but I've been extremely frustrated for the past 5 days trying to get my uploaded images in the game. I can upload them to the 2K upload site, but my images appears blank in Team Relocation screens. I've tried everything ( I think) including:

uploading images from different browsers (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome)

signing out of ps4 account; resigning in and uploading

erased my 2K account and re signed up

Making sure images are correct ratios

NOTHING WORKS. I know this feature works because apparently I'm the only one with a problem. Everyone else solved this issue by using one of the things I mentioned above.

Any help would GREATLY be appreciated, Its frustrating seeing this beautiful court, arena and uniform designs by others while I can't even get my images to upload to make my masterpiece lol.

I am having the same problem too and would also like some insight. It's really frustrating that I can't enjoy the game how I want to yet because of this.

I have the same issue on X1. Made sure I checked forums and the site to get dimensions correct, but neither my uploads or community uploads have shown up for me. Would be nice if someone could fill me in on whats wrong
