MyCareer story was fine, but I don't want my 2k games to be that serious

The Bo$$-K3y-Yacht car dialogue was a little long winded. But the story was well written.

My white skinny balding self could not relate to any of it. Now at least I know how to talk when I visit Harlem one day. Would prefer a more general story that is much shorter. I felt myself saying come on get to the game progress a lot.

I think the in house 2k stories was a bit more entertaining in some ways. I didn't like the fact that it was a extremely linear and you had no real involvement in it as a user. It's MyCareer not someone else's story

it was already short. Story wasn't bad but I thought I was going to be able to make decisions. So really if you can't do that then the story really wasn't needed in the game.

It was nice, but it definitely had some holes. Like being a non-black guy and having the same family, or having the same story no matter what you did or wanted to do. I understand it's a film by Spike Lee, but it would've been great if they have given us a few more paths to choose from.

They should have an option to play a story mode career and one where you can just play a create a player career mode.

That being said, I love Spike Lee movies and I loved the story in My Career this year 100x better than last year. It really kind of felt like I was playing He Got Game 2.

I don't now how they can one up that TBH. It was like...unless he writes ANOTHER one...how do you make a story mode better? The challenging thing though is making a mode like that and keeping the users of other races immersed since the story was so heavily centered around a black family.

Again, loved the mode, loved the fact we basically got a Spike Lee movie for free within the game, and on a side note...Freq's sister kinda had cakes.

By this do you mean we should be able to make a new player and skip the story? Cause I agree, that would be great. I already did the story on my small forward, I don't want to sit through it again on my point guard.
