MyPark: Official "What does the middle entrance lead to?" Discussion

We've all seen it. In MyPark you have the two other affiliations entrances to the right. You have The Stage to the left. But in the middle, right under the big screen there's an entrance to somewhere else. And to the left of it there's a desk. It's there in every Park. What could it be? A new Rec? Finally a 5 vs. 5 for Rep?

The Desk is a Kiosk. Rivet won last night and a message popped up to visit the Kiosk to receive a prize. No prize available yet, but that's what the desk is for at least.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed the velvet rope entrance

I hope to believe it leads to at least something... When 2K designed these new parks, do you think they said let's have two entrances to the right that leads to the other parks, one entrance to the left that leads to The Stage, and let's put one in the middle just for kicks?

Maybe I'm giving the developers too much credit... Maybe they really thought that nobody would want a 5 vs. 5 game-mode for Rep (The Rec last year).

Don't second guess yourself. The other park with multiple entrance-like structures is sunset, and those aren't getting the velvet rope treatment. Also it's very odd that every park has a middle, roped off entrance.
