Its really frustrating having people jump preemptively towards 3pt shooters or in the post, and have their player crash into yours, causing you to go through a stumble animation (and sometimes lose the ball if another player puts his body in your path while you stumble).

In reality, jumping into a guy is always a foul. It should be the same in the game

There sure is a lot of complaining from offensive minded players this year...

After the players jumps, press the LS in the direction of the defender and shoot. You should be able to get a call almost every time.

yea there's no such thing as a 100% foul. Back in high school and college terrible refs missing blatant calls were par for the course.

Yup, and NBA refs aren't great either. 100% calls never happen.

Sometimes the person I'm controlling isn't a good ft shooter?

I want to get the ball, fake it, and move passed the defender to either get to the basket or pass it back out once the defence collapses. The defender forcing me into a stumble animation by jumping into me removes any agency I have in that situation

I remember that play. I also agree with Ginobli that that was a foul on Fisher, he clearly jumped towards Barry's body on the fake and didn't go straight up

We're playing a video game. Adding fake human error to a scripted CPU is nonsense.
