I've been having this issue for about 2 weeks or so. I've been using a preset head all along. I think I've gotten the error so much that it doesn't even blue screen anymore...it just freezes at the tattoo menu. I've even initialized my ps4. Still happens.

It happens for me randomly when I jump in and out of a game cast, just started recently.

I get this error code also in MyLeague.

I started a customized MyLeague w/ just legends and historic teams & a few modified current players(E.G. Kenyon Martin, Ron Artest, etc....). Did the Fantasy Draft and everything and then when it preps my calendar and says "Saving...." it crashes and I get 'Error Code CE-34878-0'
