Currently cannot get into MyPark or Pro-Am at the moment. Been trying for the past 2 hours. Keep getting greeted by this. Anybody else experiencing this on Xbox One on NXOE?

I seen someone on Twitter complaining about this. Seems you've been suspended by Xbox for doing something. Maybe they've made a mistake but they basically told the guy they couldn't do anything.

I would look for the tweet but it would take so long because people are asking for help every 5 mins and that happened days ago.

Have you tried sending messages on Xbox? The dude couldn't socialize w/ anyone because it was saying the same thing but about messages, Parties, Skype etc.

Unbelievable, you're right. Just checked my email. This is what I received.




This suspension is only supposed to temporarily suspend Xbox Live communication. But because of the Kinect line I have highlighted, and because 2K allows you to use your Kinect to scan your face, I assume that is why I cannot get into MyPark and Pro-Am. I can play any other online game mode fine. 2K really ought to look into this. I cannot play MyPark or Pro-Am for 7 days because I messaged a random to pass the ball in MyPark...
