Are illegal screens turned off?

I see them once a day or so in offline modes but the only weird thing I've noticed is I don't think I've seen any against the cpu. Maybe it's different online. Most times it's entirely my fault. I'll try to get away early in hopes of a no call, and I really don't mind...kinda realistic.

I dont play offline so I wouldn't know but online head to head I have never seen an illegal screen in over 100 games.
