Draft sleepers and busts

I haven't played 2016 but I'm guessing this isn't built in.

The NBA, just like any sport, has its share of sleepers and busts but that didn't really happen in 2K15. CPU teams draft on high potential that a player will always reach outside of injury...basically making 2nd round picks useless.

Last year when I played I would use a quick luck-based formula (weighed based on draft located) to alter draft pick potential manually. It allowed for a few later round guys to get B or rarely A potential while also having some high picks not progress.

Anyway...i know "potential" and how it is determined is always a talking point...just wish it was built in for rookies

Because it wasn't in 2015 and I haven't heard differently for 2016.

Ncaa14 actually does a nice job with sleepers and busts. It would be cool if potential could vary after drafting a player.
