Lesser teams at disadvantage??

Lol I only play offline so I don't know what he was doing.......I couldn't beat the spurs by 30 on superstar if I tried 10 times and I consider myself a pretty solid player

online opponents not are the best example because any patient, and skilled 2k player with solid anti-cheese tactics can find wide open shots to destroy a user with. The A.I makes much fewer mistakes.

lol i play on superstar default and ive blown out the Spurs with my Suns. It really just the quality of shots, defense, and runs

Lesser teams are definitely at a disadvantage, but that doesn't mean you can't win with them. It does usually mean you need to execute better than your opponent (and having a little luck on your side doesn't hurt either) when playing higher ranked teams online.

Bad teams are at a huge disadvantage, why wouldn't they be? Or at least they're at approximately the same disadvantage as they are in real life. Assuming perfect sliders and perfect gameplay, you're "supposed" to win 20 or less with a dumpster fire of a team, win 50 or more with a legit team, and wander the middle ground with a middling team. How else would you have it work?

And of course the main draw of MyGM or MyLeague is to make roster moves that presumably catapult you from a bad team to a middling one, then subsequent moves that catapult you from a middling team to a contender. It would defeat the entire purpose of the mode imo to just up and win 65 with the Twolves base roster.

And also, as someone who plays every game, my advice would be to just work through it. So what if you start 3-13 or something? Long season. Work to get to 4-13, 5-13, 6-13, and so on; work to get to 20-20; go from there, etc. But I suspect most don't play every game so that may be a moot point.
