The biggest thing to happen in the off season has to be Lebron James. He left the big 3 in Cleveland to join forces with Damian Lillard in Portland. The Milwaukee Bucks have still not been granted a new arena by the Governor of Milwaukee. They have begun negotiations with Seattle and Las Vegas about bringing a team to one of those locations. Milwaukee will be staying put until at least 2018 if an arena isn't built by 2017.
