What players\teams do you feel play most like themsleves in NBA 2K16

Just had a great 48 minute game vs. the '08 Celtics and the way the A.I played was awesome

KG on pick and pops and the post
PP on the elbow spinning into his shot
Running action for Ray Allen to get open
Rondo picking his spots
Tony Allen being a menace and Powe hustling

It was one of the most accurate representations of a team I have seen all year.

What players\teams do you feel are accurately represented in 2K16

Real
Anthony Davis - a great two way player, sag offense/defensive rebounds, hit mid range and great freethrow shooter

Batum - one of the best shooters in the game

Favors - Becoming one of the the best power fower in the game, great rebounder


Whitehead - I rarely play with the Heat but he grabs every offensive and defensive rebounds, great shotblocker

In Game, so small, can't score in paint, not a great shooter off the dribble

Ryan Anderson
In RL, called the frame thrower, deadly from 3's and postfade
In Game, I just cant score with him, hes release is weird

In RL, plays like a true MVP
In Game, plays like a cheat code

Thunder always play through KD and Russ.

Spurs run the most varied offensive sets (All-Star/Sim).

Milwaukee tends to use a lot of the shot clock before putting up a shot.

I played good amount of games on 2k16 and regarding of players i can say this, there are 4 kinds of players in 2K (been that way since i dunno dreamcast days)

sample 1. point guards that can't shoot (Rondo, Elfrid Payton) - these kind of players are very tough to use since their game can't reflect in proper ways to the game, to play them like themselves is just matter of masterpiece in game (read: very hard to use VERY HARD DIFFICULTY)

sample 2. point guards that are pretty small but effective in real life (I.Thomas, Nate Robinson) - these players in game are good until you head down to the paint area, Isaiah Thomas is indeed pretty small player but in real life he have series of tricks up in his sleeve when drive the lane. In game he gets blocked left and right, if you want to rack up your blocks just switch to one of these players. (difficulty scale: VERY HARD IF YOU DECIDE TO GO FOR A LAYUP, IF YOU STICK TO THE JUMPSHOOTING IT'S MODERATE DIFFICULTY.)

sample 3. extremely athletic wing players (Gerald Green, J.R. Smith type of players) - these players in game are those who make star players look silly, extremely easy to use, can sink 3 pointers, midrange jumpers, dunk on whole squad, pretty much they can do anything you want. (difficulty scale: VERY EASY TO USE, EVEN MY GRANDMA CAN SINK ME WITH J.R. ON FIRE. IN OTHER WORDS NO REAL SKILL NEEDED WITH THESE DUDES.)

sample 4. soft and skilled big man players (Al Jefferson, Tim Duncan, Gasol brothers) - these players (at least for me) are very hard to use because their skillset is completely shaded when you play against athletic company (Ibaka, McGee, Davis). You can pump fake or shimmy shake with them all day bruh but at the end of the day even shaken JaVale McGee will recover and grab that ball from your player. (difficulty scale: PRETTY HARD TO USE AND PLAY LIKE THEY DO IN REAL LIFE.)

Every player that doesn't fill into any of these categories in my eyes play realistic but then again lots of dudes just simply belong into on of these categories.

Damian Lillard - Possibly OP but certainly plays with the same energy as irl. Best PG I have used on the game.

DeMarcus Cousins - 26pts 21 boards when using the Kings online. My favourite centre in the NBA and very easy to replicate his style in game.

Gordon Hayward - A go to player, again not really the same as irl but having used the Jazz alot in prep for MyLeague I find GH has ridiculous shooting streaks to dig me out of a hole.

Jared Sullinger - Watched so many videos of this guy before trading for him. Everything he does on court he can do in 2k. Central 3's, decent in the paint/post moves. Probably the most realistic similarity thus far.

Wanted to go to a team with a real PG need in MyCareer...so I chose the Knicks. If you don't call any plays or anything, they pretty much just stand around waiting. That's pretty realistic to me.
