Frozen In Pro-Am

This isn't (directly) effecting me, but my friend who is joining a walk on game with me, cannot even play the game.

Every time we load into Pro-Am, he's completely frozen. Can't quit the game, can't pause the game; nothing.

We tried joining from his court, my court, a different player file; everything.

Nothing is working, this is extremely frustrating. Can't even play when everyone's got time off for Christmas.

He can't play anything actually...

Frozen on a 1v1 in my My Court..

We tried 2v2 in the Park and he couldn't move either.

Deleted his reserved space on his Xbox and that did nothing...I swear this is sad yo.

Can't even select a player in All Star teamup lmao 2K's killin his Christmas.

Exact same situation with a friend of mine. Cleared reserve space and is now in the process of re installing.

He didn't reinstall but do you know if that worked?

Pro-Am is hard to play if you only have 1 other friend trying to join... it usually puts us in separate servers or opposite teams when loading from one of our courts.


The only way I've been able to get a pro-am walkon game with 1 friend is to both join Pro-Am Walkon at the same time and cross our fingers.

Did not work for him. Now that he's cleared his reserve space it wont let him connect back to the 2k servers. One problem after another.



Edit: Seems like everything is now back up and running for him.
