Hello,

In my career mode with my 99 overall (but not 20 in all Rebounding and Playmaking) center, the training bar is stuck full and I would like like to know if it is a normal limit to make players make real choice btw difference stats (aka not being able to have 20 in all stats) or if It is a bug.

99 is maxed out. You can't add anymore attributes to your MyPlayer. Once you assign an attribute it cannot be removed. You have to plan accordingly.
