Is it possible to edit the current roster's rotations when i go to view the rosters?

Or must I go to create a roster, download a file and then edit the file from there?

Correct, you need to download to make any change.

I think you can use the bumpers to select which roster you want to use at the team select screen.

I tried that, it appears you can only load a custom roster into play now and not NBA today
