Why can't we earn badges in Pro-Am?

It's kind of boring grinding for badges, but you really need em if you want to do well online.

Why not let us earn them while playing the pro-am (both team and walk-on)? It would give people a HUGE incentive to play Pro-Am and if you made it so people don't earn the badge if they quit, they might actually stick around.

I see no downsides to this?

It's very boring to earn badges. I think unlockables based on how good you play in the pro am would be cool. Maybe you can unlock the ability to put back dunk better , or deadeye gold or something . Give us an incentive . Maybe we could unlock dunks or jumpers. In Some games you unlock new weapons. Why not new jumpers , animations , etc by playing ? It's so boring to go and just use VC.

I like the idea and I'm all for an separate online-only my player where you can only boost your stats from VC earned online...

I think it would really show and rewards guys who actually play a lot and play good basketball..

But I wouldn't wanna join into a walk on game playing with guys going for deadeye lol

Right now you have to grind it out in the offline MyCareer mode. For example if you want to do Tear Droppers, then you gotta attempt 50 of them in a single season.

I like the idea that you have to perform the move in order to earn the badge, BUT why not let us do that ONLINE?

I created my MyPlayer to use him in MyPark and Pro-Am, let me earn my badges there too. Not only would I be earning badges, but I'd be improving my Online game by playing other players.

Offline MyPlayer is fun for a few seasons, but it becomes super repetitive and the commentary is so awful you'll have heard everything they have to say 100 times.

Not fun at all for me bro but I love pro am and park. So stupid it's not seperate.

When i play walk on and I have a 60 overall on my team it already seems like they are going for deadeye with all the stupid contested shots they take.
