I've been ignoring them, the VC isn't worth the loss of attribute upgrades for me right now, and I don't care about fake shoes.

Or am I possibly missing out on some other bonus? What else can you get from having an endorsement?

I'm in the same boat, I don't need the VC and the attribute upgrades and trying to get this Jordan Connection are worth way more to me.

I did them until I unlocked free Jordans and haven't done one since.
