In that video, IMO the following ones look like dice rolls:

10 - Defender was in a good stance, forcing the offense right. Hesitation from the offense to the left and you can see the defense trying to ice the drive to the left, but fall down because...???

8 - Defender was in a stance, parallel with Kobe. Looked like Kobe dribbled into him and pushed him backwards instead of breaking his ankles. He didn't move at all.

7 - Defender did a good job not biting on the move spam, stayed in front of the offense, but suddenly gets crossed and fall down for no reason.

6 - Looks like the offense dribbled into the guy, causing a flop, not an ankle break.

4 - Defense did a great job all the way through the possession, staying in front, up until the point where he falls down because...??? He did not overplay, nor was he out of position, he simply fell down on the in-n-out.

2 - When the defender fell there was no feint to drive left by the offensive player, was simply a cross. He was in good position to contain the cross and the drive, but simply fell.

To me the only legit-looking breakers are 1 and 3 in that video, the rest looks arcadey.
It can't be perfect, no chance because you never know when someone is gonna get crossed. Even today there is debate when Curry made C.Paul fall did he really crossed him that bad or Paul just stepped on his shoe and lost balance, so to ask for something ultra realistic is pointless. On the other hand i would choose 2k14 dribbling system over 2k16 in a blink of a eye. You tell me what's better, defenders who really get crossed (AI players included) or this 2k16 system where defender just warps from being crossed into full defensive stance..lol i think answer is obvious.

The one move that's missing is the reverse between the legs/step back between the legs, I think.
no i dont think they can be replicated as seamlessly or with a signature appearance. instead of having to recreate a series of moves, they would have to create like 70 different between the legs, behind the back and crossover variations.
