Yes it's likely they will but like I said there is no telling what will happen in the offseason while they might start next season with almost the cactus same roster there is the same chance that it can be radically different

The principal goal of historical is too play with teams we havn't played since a long time.
Heat 13 i played with them in NBA 2k13 it is so recent, so fresh in my head.
Same thing for Spurs 14.

imagine we are in 2030, and graphics are extraordinary, but we want to play with the Spurs 14, or Warriors 16, it is a good surprised.
But now we want team from 90's or 2005 maximum!!!

Well by 2030 the teams could easily be added but right now there is no reason when most of the roster is still in the league/the roster is mostly the same
