Is there any way to download the old Official Roster Updates?

In particular, I'm looking for the April 1st official update with the injuries.

You can't download old official 2k rosters. What you can do is go to the link below and input all the changes manually.

Browse the roster share thing there are a few old ones in there. If you search for the date of the roster update that may help as well
