Relocation in MyGM

How can you get the votes for a team to relocate? Every time I try I can't even come close to getting the number of votes I need to move my team. I've tried multiple teams and it never works.

Your Arena pretty much has to be maxed out I think. I could never do it either LOL, buy the team is what I would do! (dont buy VC if u dont have it)

Put your money into transportation and parking levels 1 and 2 I think, I've moved the Grizzlies to Las Vegas with my arena only having 3 stars.
