Bank shots

I play on 2k cam with relative stick, and on the right side of the court pushing the right stick up activates the bank shot, but on the left side it just takes a normal shot, I've tried this with both left and right handed players and it's exactly the same. So my question is, how do you make bank shots from the left side of the court?

Simply using right stick to shoot and pointing it towards basket works all the time for me, unless the angle is non viable to bank it.

I think holding L2 while you shoot will also make your player attempt a shot off the glass.

NO that's the old way. You use the stick if you want glass shots. I do that all the time.
