NBA 2K16's Gameplay in Regular Season vs Playoffs

Do people see a difference, especially offline in MyLeague? Or is the gameplay in playoffs more or less the same as in regular season?

I ask because, defense is generally tougher in the playoffs and, as we all saw especially in the finals, the games are more intense.

I suppose one way to get at this is to play a MyLeague regular season at All-Star or Superstar, and then bump up the difficulty one notch in the playoffs. But bumping up difficulties tends to solely benefit the computer's offense and defense, which gets at only half the problem. The user's team should also play with more "intensity".

NBA Live has historically had two or three different intensity settings: "exhibition," "regular season," and "playoffs." Should NBA 2K incorporate similar settings to capture the differences in intensity?

You do feel the difference when playoffs come in myleague, teams do go harder and seem hard to beat compared to the regular season games

Also by playoff time, teams are well gelled together and chemistry is better as well, compared to regular season games

So is harder to beat the CPU in playoffs? You sure about this like you actually feel the differences?
