Musical point guard - MyCareer

Don't know if this has been brought up before but has anyone had a mycareer experience where the AI coach keeps changing the point guard out every game, even when one is clearly better than the other?

I have also played as a PG and had the coach stick me at SG so they can play the inferior PG (forcing me to request a trade). What is the deal with that? Is there anyway to get around this?

They do this when one doesn't put up good eye stats or they are the same overall. I always see guys like Ricky Rubio, Elfrid Payton etc being benched because they don't put up good numbers.

In my Heat career they always switch Justise Winslow and Trevor Ariza because they are both 77 overall, even though Ariza puts up better numbers

It's other positions too.. Coaches will bench players on hot Streaks.. I don't see the method to the madness..

Yeah, I played for the Cavs and they would play musical Cs. They would start Speights for a few games then they would start Varejao; Andy had better number but Speights had the better rating. Once Varejao got the start they would throw Lee, Dalembert, Mosgov and Love into the C rotation and end up messing up line ups, minutes and numbers.
