Caps are real caps or you will able to increase later?

the way it seems to me is my level 25 for any given attribute is different than your level 25 for the same attribute..

example..

if i made a 6ft PG sharshooter and maxed hix standing 3pt at 94, level 25 (just an example, dont know real number)

and you made 6'2" PG sharshooter and maxed his 3pt as well your max may only be 92 because your taller

it was like this last year too, except this year wingspan and weight play a major role as well

the caps are the caps meaning, without a boost if something is capped at level 10 - you cant go higher than that without a boost. but your level 10 may have a different rating level than someone elses level 10 depending on archatype and build
