My gut tells me this is for 2k18 and not any patches. Hope I am wrong.

Naw I'm sure it's for this year because on media day before the season started they were at Phoenix Suns media day & they were doing scans for some of the players & scanned some of there tattoos. So I'm guessing there going to go to as many teams as they can & than one update will be specifically towards players looks & hopefully jerseys & courts

Since the next-gen 2K arrived, they revised/changed lots of teams jerseys, but damn the following bugs you will see remained same and WRONG!

I know this is a little detail, but I think this is important since that Bulls jersey is one of the oldest current jerseys in NBA right now.

Thanks for mentioning those '89 Pistons jerseys. I noticed the 2017 Pistons jerseys look so wonderfully blue in 2K in comparison to their classic counterparts. The '89 team isn't sky blue in 2K, but it's working its way in that direction. Here's a comparison, both for the color of the jersey and the "DETROIT" vs. "PISTONS" situation (and the trim & font while we're at it). Basically, at the risk of sounding hyperbolic, the entire jersey is wrong:





Also, while we're at it, the 1989 Palace is way, way too dark. I know it sounds like a silly complaint but blacking out the crowd barely nine rows up really jacks up the immersion of what a late 80's throwback game should offer. In reality, most of the crowd was lightened and visible. Same goes for Chicago Stadium.

EDIT: Good news/bad news realization about those '89 Pistons jerseys: They totally already exist in near perfect form in 2K17, but only as alternates for the current Pistons. Perfect trim, great color, "PISTONS", everything is on point except for the NBA logo being on the back of the jersey instead of the front left breast.

So, easier said than done but... just take that design... and give it to the '89 Pistons with some short shorts.

In the last patch i noticed that they enlarged the number font on the front of the jerseys for the Mavs, which is sweet. Now only if they can get the correct number font size on the front of the jerseys for the Raptors. Funny thing is that the Raptors mascot jersey has the correct number font size.
