I entered the code in the PS Store and got everything except the '92 Dream Team.

Which is unfortunate because the '92 Dream Team was the only thing I actually wanted.

I just put one in. Probably won't get much in response other than a canned generic support email, but I figured it can't hurt to let them know of yet another person who is having this issue.

I also didn't get the '92 Dream team playable in Play Now!
Got other stuff, but also not everything what was advertised as Pre-order bonuses!
Got 5.000 VC + 30.000 VC and MyPLayer cards, but no Kobe card and shoes.
Hope 2K will drop the update as soon as possible.

I'm on Xbox one. both codes were accepted, got most of the "stuff", but NO dream team.
