Whether it's play now online or offline no matter if I use the on the fly coaching or in the huddle, none of the adjustments I make actually stick.

This is a pretty crippling issue. I have everything set to manual and ACE turned off.

PS4

All the defensive adjustments keep defaulting to

Some Crash, Some Run

Neutral Def

Auto.

Obviously there is a bugs thread but this seems like a big enough issue.

Same problem exactly. I'm on ps4.

Yep it's a bug. Waiting on a fix.

Yeah, I even tried turning ACE off and it still sets back to the default.

its a pretty huge problem. my workaround has been to contanstly keep doing it and adjust and what not
