NBA 2K17 Pre-Order Digital Content Issues

Preordered on PS4, put in Dream Team code repeatedly in PS Store, no Dream Team. Very poor customer support, highly dissatisfied with 2K.

Just for information sake, I just installed another update. So it's official launch day, an update, and still no Dream Team. I actually posted this in another thread when I should have posted here first, my bad. Don't kill me!

The NBA 2K17 team is aware of the digital pre-order bonus issues and working on a fix for those that aren’t seeing them.

I pre -Ordered the "Legend Edition" and picked it up at GameStop at midnight EST 9/16 and received all the extras VC, jerseys, etc entered all codes but the Dream Team is still Missing in action. Just ridiculous to have commercials specifically promoting the Dream Team. Then paying extra for the Legend edition and the team is just not there . Shame on you 2k! This is from somebody that has been supporting your game since Dreamcast.

you guys have it easy w/ no DreamTeam, I'm not able to access my Prelude player that i used over 400K VC On..

I pre ordered the standard digital edition on PS4. Got the my team stuff and the PG jerseys but no 5,000 VC or Dream Team. Just submitted my ticket through to 2k support now.
