I had the weirdest glitch happen to me last night

Here's what happened:

I was having trouble staying connected to the servers last night and I got kicked out of my game, then I loaded my game and to my utter surprise, shock and horror I was playing for Illinois against Arizona out of position as a PG (i'm a SG)! For one thing, i've long since been drafted to the Suns and played a couple of games and the second thing is that I went to UConn.

Thankfully, I quit the game and I was able to load my game as usual, but that was an insanely weird and scary glitch.
