does the game handle fatigue differently between you the user and the CPU?

im playing domination in MYTEAM (ALL STAR SETTINGS) and i noticed that when my players get tired. they cant do as much to nothing at all. but when the CPU players get tired they can still shoot and run as if they are fine.

i watched steph and klay try to lead a 4th quarter comeback shooting 3s in the final 3 mins with no energy. also i was thinking that the CPU seems to be horrible with handling players minutes. in the spurs game Tony parker literally didnt sit the whole 4th quarter (if he did it was or less than a minute) and this happens alot it feels like.

Some superstar players have badges which negate the effects of fatigue. Steph and Klay may have it. Not sure.
