Shot meter glitched on-line?

Is the shot meter glitched on-line?

I'm currently using "Elite 2" pull-up dribble and I'm constantly getting very late no matter where I release.

Turn the meter off. Use "Feedback only". Learn your release without the meter, and shooting becomes easier

I get Very Late & D quality on open shots. I been slacking to upload the video but it's happening to me all the time. The bar won't even reach the end

use a normal jumpshot.

don't use a jumpshot on super quick.

I don't even have that option. The shot meter is definitely bugged this year.

It doesn't matter where I release, I can literally just press the shoot button and release it super early and it'd be Very Late.
